Super clean Waterfront home with private boat launch and fishing pier on site.

Negreet Retreat is a water front home located in a quiet calm cove excellent for fishing. A super short boat ride gets you to the main lake of Toledo Bend and a 5 minute boat ride to Cypress Bend resort. This new, clean and cozy lake house has its own private concrete boat launch, fishing pier and floating dock. 2 single person Kayaks are included for you use during your stay. The boat house has one powered boat slip ( sometimes 2!) for your use along with a fish cleaning station with water and electricity. Excellent views from the large patio with comfy furniture. Enjoy any type of water sports or just relax by the fire pit! Excellent retreat for relaxing and watching birds of all sorts. We have added a whole home generator so no worries there. We have No outrageous cleaning expectations! We just ask that you take trash to the road in a bag, we even provide the bags 😊.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please take bagged trash to the trash can at the road. It all must be bagged. Trashbags provided under sink or in pantry.
Just leave your bed unmade and put all used towels near washer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be courteous of the neighbors and turn music off at 10 PM.
Pets must be on a leash if outside and kept out off furniture.
All trash must be bagged and taken to the trash can or there will be a $100 charge added.

The property is absolutely gorgeous! The house was so comfortable and the owners have really thought of everything. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. I loved the welcome basket as well as the stocked medicine cabinet.

Such a beautiful place with a beautiful view. It was exactly what we needed for a perfect getaway. Boat launch was usable even with the water being very low and it was very nice having a boat lift to use in the event of windy weather. We definitely recommend this place!

This is our third time to stay in this home. The host and hostess are amazing. Very accommodating. The place is always clean wonderful and inviting. Every time we go. The patio is awesome the pier and dock the fishing the views are amazing. We truly love this place. We have booked our 2026 date in May already and working on our October date.

This getaway was perfect in every aspect. The place had everything we need. We were able to relax and have entertainment without leaving the house. My husband bought his boat. The kids and myself used the kayaks on the property and the outside patio created an environment that left us NOT wanting to leave! We will absolutely be back!

This place was amazing. It was very clean. They even thought about ants in the yard and it was great for my grandson to walk around. The view was spectacular. Having your own boat launch was also a plus I would definitely recommend this and we will be back.
