About this property

Walk to West Asheville and Downtown!

Come enjoy our quiet four bedroom house that will meet all you vacation needs. Fully stocked house (washer/dryer, dishwasher, internet, etc). Walk to all of the restaurants in west Asheville, the river arts district, or make the 2-mile walk/catch a ride to downtown Asheville (stopping at several breweries along the way).

Our house is newly renovated with all of the amenities you need for a great Asheville getaway that allows easy access to the city, mountains, world class mountain bike (15 minutes away), hiking, restaurants, and breweries. The house boasts four bedrooms, a living room with a 55” smart tv (another in the master), a large front and back porch (great for watching the abundant firefly population), off-street parking, and a large dining room table great for large get togethers. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin over full bunk bed configurations to accommodate several kids. The best part of this great, relaxing home is the walkability to all the city has to offer.
