Beautifully updated ground-level 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo in the heart of Dillon. Walk to the farmers market, amphitheater, marina, restaurants, and the free Summit Stage bus stop. Just a short drive to five ski resorts—Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper, and Loveland.

In winter, enjoy skiing/snow boarding at one of 5 resorts within 30 min (Keystone is 15 min), ice skating, ice fishing, and cross-country skiing right on Lake Dillon. In summer, paddleboard, kayak, sail, or take out a pontoon boat. Hiking and biking trails surround the area.

The complex features an indoor clubhouse with a fitness center, pool, and two hot tubs, plus an outdoor fire pit and community gas grills. Inside the condo you’ll find a steam shower, in-unit laundry, a fully stocked kitchen, three smart TVs with cable, and a cozy gas fireplace.
