Very clean, well decorated and updated, wonderful location right on Lake Dillon and close to everything. Spacious rooms. Loved the gas fireplace and huge balcony! Well stocked and updated kitchen. Even has a washer and dryer in the condo. Sheree was great at communcation. Indoor hot tub and pool in the building. Elevator to the 3rd floor where it’s located. The parking garage would be great if you have a shorter vehicle. The clearance is only 6’3”. So we couldn’t park our minivan in it since we had a roof storage rack for skis and were well over that. But we just parked outside and never had trouble finding a spot even though there aren’t many. Will definitely try to stay here again. Would be great in the summer being right next to the lake and the trail that goes around it.

Why they chose this property

This is one of the finest scenic views in Colorado. It is right on beautiful Lake Dillon with spectacular views of the Lake and the surrounding snow capped Rockies. Being in the center of seven different ski areas makes it a dream location in the winter. Being right on the lake and the bike path, near the Dillon Marina, Dillon Park and near the Ampitheater makes it a perfect location to enjoy the summer as well.

What makes this property unique

This is an ideal location, right on the Lake with panoramic views. The extensive paved bike path passes right in front of us with trails to Keystone, Breck, Frisco, Copper and Vail. This gorgeous upscale mountain rustic condo is also just steps to the Dillon Ampitheater and the Dillon Marina as well as to the village of Dillon with its restaurants and shops.
