The Logan is located on Utah Street in a new grated community. Location is minutes to downtown San Antonio, Alamodome, Frost Bank Center, and the Alamo. The property is also close to Freetail brewery, Lavaca, & Southtown. This is a relatively new 2 story 3 bedroom-2 1/2 bath with an additional bonus office. The home was completed in June 2022. It is located in a gentrified area of the City. The sleek kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, and an expansive pantry. Parking is available for two cars. There is a private backyard complete with seating for dining. Furnishings are new and everything you need for a vacation or extended stay is included. The Logan is a no smoking-no pet home.

We enjoy traveling and like to stay in nice places. Therefore, we have set up The Logan for travelers to enjoy a special visit and/or a lengthy stay.

You will not be disappointed in The Logan. Special touches have been added to make your stay in San Antonio comfortable. There are other rentals in the area for rent. However, most are older homes and The Logan is brand new. Lastly, you need to make sure homes that you are renting are in compliance with the City of San Antonio and has a daily rental permit. The Logan is in compliance and if need our compliance information can be provided.
