It has heated indoor swimming pool, spa and dry sauna. A courtyard to provide a peaceful ambiance, 7th floor patio decks with two barbecues. A fitness room that offers an extensive variety of cardio and strength training equipment. Secured parking garage. The room is fully equipped with full size kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, tablewares, coffee maker, toaster oven, washer and dryer, flat screen TVs, DVD players and much more to make your stay convenient. Complete with cable and internet access. It is like home away from home.

Rosanna’s place was perfect for our short stay in Seattle. Located near several great restaurants, Pike Place and the Space Needle, we only used our car once. When not in use, the garage kept our car safe & secure. The place itself was clean and exactly as described in the listing.

Very thorough check-in with someone on site, where to park, how to get into the building and where things were at in the unit. Space was nice, the hide-a-bed in the couch was comfortable according to my daughter. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony just watching the harbor and the hussle and bustle of the neighborhood. If you are a light sleeper, you may want earplugs. Lots of traffic noise and it is a popular area until late into the night. Very convenient to the Space Needle (15 minute walk) and Pike Place (15 minute walk) so we enjoyed exploring without a car. Good kitchen and bed was comfortable, nice shower. Not much else you could ask for, especially with the view!

One bedroom condo with queen bed was great! Awesome views of the sound !Parking included and swimming pool exercise facilities and hot tub were wonderful extras! Location in center of city with several restaurants and bakery on first floor . Half a mile from Pike place Market to the left and half a mile to the Space needle to the right if looking at water. Quick drive to Kerry Park Perfect location to explore Seattle. Host was wonderful!
