Great for couples or solo travelers looking for a serene escape that is still centrally located in the LA area. Guests may use our backyard with lush landscape, lounge area, kitchen & grill, natural wood pergola over a large dining table.

Safe walkable neighborhood, next to the historic Brand Park, hiking trails, music library & charming Kenneth Village's cafes & boutiques. Just a short drive Americana at Brand, Burbank & major freeways.

Strict NO Pet Policy: Service & emotional support animals- please disclose before booking to avoid confusion. Our property has very limited space for pets. When left alone dogs must be crated. ⚠️ CA law notes that misrepresentating a service animal is a misdemeanor, with fines up to $1000.00.

If interested in hosting friends or family in our backyard, guests must get approval from host.

Gas Grill & Firepit- must be monitored at all times.
