Beautiful view

Very close to the beach and had wonderful views. Exceptionally spacious too! Parking was easy. There are a good amount of stairs. A few other minor snags but we will probably rent this unit again!

Great location, semi-updated

Location was great and it was nice having the pool in front on the beach side instead of the back in the shade like other places we’ve been. The condo had been what I call “semi” updated. They had done some work to make it look nice, but really needs the showers updated in my opinion. Clean, well stocked, and close to the ocean. One definite suggestion to owner-please Clean the air filter cover because it is gross and very noticeable when you first walk in. I almost cleaned it myself so I didn’t have to see it everyday and talk about how dirty it was. That one small thing would make a huge difference because you see that when you first walk in. Otherwise, good place to stay!

We loved it!

This is a great place to relax on the beach. Check in was super easy and the condo layout was nice for a group. We loved watching the ocean from the balcony in the morning, then being able to walk right onto the beach. The condo also has restaurants within walking distance, and is a 15 minute drive away from Pier Park. Overall this is an amazing place to take some time away and relax in Panama City, we would highly recommend!

Great place for a get away!

This place was perfect for a week away. Lots of room to spread out, plus location is right off the beach. All the people we met during our stay were very friendly and talkative. The property manager was very helpful with finding good places around the area (a short walk away for good food) and was great for any questions we had throughout our stay.

Perfect location for beach time

Overall our family had a wonderful vacation. Could not have asked for a better spot to spend a week. We enjoyed the area and the two story townhome, very spacious and clean. Literally steps to the beach. Thank you Matt.

Great location, comfortable condo

Overall this was a great experience. The location is in a quieter area and the beach wasn't too crowded. Matt was very quick to respond to any questions, and we were even able to check in a little early since no one had stayed there the night before. The unit was updated except for the showers. We did have some issues with the shower drains clogging, so we bought Drano and did several applications to each shower. There were also some little ants that crept in to the kitchen most mornings. The kitchen had lots of pans, dishes, etc, but otherwise it was not stocked with any other items like salt/pepper, etc, that some other condos tend to have. There is both a keurig and a little regular coffee maker. Also be aware that although it says shampoos/soaps are included, it's just one hotel-size bottle/bar, so be sure you bring your own. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Overall a great stay.

Beautifully Appointed

This property is well appointed with beautiful light and airy updates. The beachfront location lends itself to excellent views. We have stayed at Ramsgate Harbour for the past 3 summers and this unit was our favorite thus far.

Best Location!

This is absolutely the best location in Panama City Beach. It's far enough away from high rises and public access areas that the beach is never crowded. Plus it's less than 10 minutes from all of the amazing Rosemary Beach restaurants in one direction, and Pier Park the other direction. The unit is very spacious and well stocked. I've rented many condos over the years and this by far had the best stocked kitchen. I personally hate living out of a suitcase on vacation, and there was more than enough storage space to put everything away and never see a suitcase during our stay. I look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful property!

There's no better beach location than this! The condo was beautifully appointed with nice touches added, such as air fresheners and night lights. The pool area was very clean. It's nice that guests have coded access to the pool and beach to keep non-guests from wandering in. In all, a perfect place to be on the beach and unwind.

Fabulous Location

Beautiful gulf-front location with 2 private balconies & easy access to beach. Quiet, family-friendly beach. Nicely remodeled unit with shiplap and quartz counters. Owners were very responsive & great to work with. Wonderful get-away!

Great location - loved being so close to the beach!

Check in/out was so easy! Condo was clean with plenty of space! Private pool and beach was amazing especially if you prefer non crowed areas. Beautiful views off the balcony, we even got to see some dolphins! Great location with restaurants, stores and shops close by. Overall a great experience and we can’t wait to stay here again!
