Through the basement area where there is a small entertainment room, you can reach the fenced-in and sunny garden all day.

You will find this apartment in the popular Klagenfurt district of Wolfnitz, about 15 minutes north of the center of the state capital in a very quiet residential area.

On Tuesday and Friday at around 1000 a local baker delivers fresh pastries almost to the front door (recognizable by car horns)
