This very generously equipped holiday apartment for a maximum of 6 people is located on the first floor of a wonderfully quiet and detached house on the edge of the forest in Köttmansdorf in Carinthia, embedded in a wonderful idyllic landscape between the famous Wörthersee, the Ferlacher and Feistritzer reservoirs, the Hafnersee, the Rauschelesee and the Keutschacher See.

This holiday apartment has a large living room with a seating area/couch, which can also be used as a sofa bed, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a beautiful balcony. There is also a large garden available. Parking is available directly at the house.

Located in the middle of the Rosental and with a panoramic view of the southern Karawanks is the town of Köttmannsdorf. The idyllic landscape is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The house is sunny and quiet and is located near the Keutschacher See, the Ferlacher Badesee and the Rauschelesee. A beautiful hiking trail leads via Dobein to the southern shore of Lake Keutschachersee. Ludmannsdorf (via Zedras) can also be easily reached on foot.

The famous Wörthersee with its many lidos and the city of Klagenfurt can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

The town center of Köttmansdorf is within walking distance. There are enough shops for daily needs and a good selection of restaurants.

Wir haben bisher einen wunderschönen Urlaub.Tolle , saubere Ferienwohnung in einer herrlichen Gegend. Sehr nette und liebe Vermieter. Wir sind jetzt das 2. Mal hier , diesmal mit Tochter und Schwiegersohn, die sich auch sehr wohl fühlen.

Toller Familienurlaub in seiner super Unterkunft. Tolle Ausstattung, alles da was man braucht und sogar noch mehr. Sehr nette Vermieter, geben tolle Tipps für Ausflüge. Sehr kinderfreundlich und komfortabel für die ganze Familie. Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen.

Het verblijf is geweldig. Ruim, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg aardige eigenaren. Veel te doen in de omgeving, dagje worthersee, mooie wandeling door de Tscheppaschlucht en veel meer. Met de Karntecarte kan je veel dingen ondernemen voor weinig geld.

Sehr nette, geräumige Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter kümmern sich sehr engagiert um das Wohl der Gäste. Tiere gibt es viele am Hof, 2 Hunde, 2 Katzen, Pony + Pferd und jede Menge Hühner. Ausflugsziele + Badeseen im Umkreis von 10-20 Minuten Fahrzeit gibt es reichlich (Minimundus in Klagenfurt, Wörthersee, Reßnigsee, Tscheppaschlucht, Bodental, Fußballgolf in St. Johann im Rosental u.v.m.). Eine wirklich landschaftlich schöne, reizvolle Gegend.

Die Ferienwohnung ist super eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Obwohl ländlich, ist das WLAN top. Die Tiere, ist ja ein Bauernhof, sind gut erzogen. Auch die Hunde sind sehr lieb und waren immer nett. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend und man hat trotzdem seine Privatsphäre, wenn man möchte. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Tipp: Fragt nach frischen Eiern. Er besitzt Hühner und die Eier sind lecker

Einfach eine rundum schöne Ferienwohnung🤗

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man benötigt, ruhig und sehr großzügig geschnitten. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und lieb. Die Umgebung war herrlich. Alles in allem jederzeit weiter zuempfehlen🤗👍

Dit huis, wat voor 2 personen wel heel ruim is, is heerlijk rustig gelegen. Tegelijk ben je vanaf hier snel in klagenfurt, villach en Slovenië. De verhuurders zijn hele lieve mensen

Zeer hartelijk ontvangen door de dochter van de eigenaar, de eigenaar zelf was nog met vakantie. Een schoon appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Ze vroegen zelfs of we 15 eieren wilde hebben. Koffie + filters, vaatwastabletten, vollop handdoeken, wasmiddel, vuilniszakjes, enz, was allemaal aanwezig. Als we iets nodig hadden hoefde we het maar te vragen. Lekker veel dieren, scharrelpaardjes, 2 (knuffel)honden, 2 katten, kippen, kortom goed voor de dierenvrienden onder ons. Enige kritiek die ik kan bedenken zijn de muggen, maar goed, die heb je bijna overal.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch am Waldrand. Sie ist geräumig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit findet sich etwa 5 km entfernt. In dieser Umgebung kann man sich prima entspannen und erholen!

Perfekter Urlaub

Haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Herzlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeber. Ruhige Lage dadurch sehr hoher Erholungsfaktor. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen.
