Could have been nice.

Hot water pipe broke in the unit during our stay and the problem was never fixed. 3 days with cold showers. We asked for a little compensation for the issue and the owner lied and said we were the one that broke the pipe due to a large load of laundry, not even possible but whatever!!!

Good with some frustration

Location was good for us. Close to excursions and taco place we liked. Workers were very helpful in getting taxis when needed. Some frustrations we experienced: -Bed downstairs broke in half when just sitting on it on first day. They had to send a repairman to fix it. We had problems with legs coming off all week. -Upstairs tv was hanging off the wall with only one screw holding it up. Had to get that fixed. -Would have been nice to know before booking we were responsible for additional toilet paper and paper towels. -Hot water heater was super inconsistent on temperature. -Cigarette butt in the couch when we pulled it out. -No blanket to use on the couch bed. Asked multiple times and never found one in the condo.

Would stay again!

The place is a newer build and great for walking around to different stores like Wal-mart and restaurants. The security guys were friendly and helpful. The only complaint is not being informed that the pool cannot be used on Mondays till 2pm for cleaning. The pool area is great and has a lovely view.
