Great location, close to beach and boardwalk

Condo was exactly what we expected. It was clean, quiet, close to the beach/boardwalk and the parking, deck and beach tags were great bonuses. The property manager was accomodating to our calls and responded promptly if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend for those looking for properties close to boardwalk/beach.

Close to boardwalk/beach

Overall, the stay was good. Location was very close to beach and boardwalk. We were in town for a softball tournament and shared the location with another family. It was cramped but manageable. The owner, Erick, helped us with our parking and when we needed something, he was to us within minutes. Air conditioning worked and the residence was clean. 5 stars.

Intresting stay

Pretty good place, would only recommend to family’s who are traveling. Not a place for anyone looking to go with friends, they are on your tail about it. No fun allowed unless it’s bible study 🙏. Clean place and more spacious that I thought. Erik is always on standby if you need him. 8/10 stay

Little apartment with a short walk to the beach!

My family of four enjoyed our two night stay at this location! It’s older but clean, the pictures are accurate. We didn’t spend much time inside because we were just a short walk from the beach and boardwalk. We felt safe walking there even in the evening, too bad the ice cream shop on the corner was closed down. My only suggestions for visiting families is bring dish soap and paper towels. The apartment could also use additional places to hang towels. Overall great stay!

Erick was great with communication. We even changed our check in time with no trouble. The stairs were scary, and the parking was definitely not ideal-but it was free parking off the street. The building itself is old (most places to stay are around there), so I appreciated the bathroom was newer and updated. Oh - the deck! It was a wonderful bonus for us; nothing beats those nighttime summer breezes.

fairly good stay

Overall it was a good stay. However, there was no trashcan in the bathroom to throw away feminine hygiene products and even though the apartment can fit 5 guests, the host did not have enough beach passes for all of us. Additionally, the host repeatedly came back to the complex during our short stay. Although I do not think this was his intent, it felt like we were constantly being checked up on for no reason and could not fully relax during our stay. Nonetheless, the location is very close to the beach and the apartment was clean. Would recommend to families rather than a group of friends.

Location Good/Mediocre Indoor Comfort

We ended up leaving a day early due to some discomfort concerns. Unfortunately, the bedding provided was poor quality, the mattresses were thin and unbearable, and the pillows and sheets were paper thin. The provided comforter resembled an itchy sleeping bag, which led us to have to go purchase our own comforters.There were also some basic essentials missing or insufficiently stocked. The bathroom hand soap was empty, the kitchen dish soap was nearly empty, and only one trash bag was provided. While we were informed in advance that only one roll of toilet paper would be available, it would have been helpful to also know that other supplies were limited so we could plan accordingly. Having to make multiple trips to the store for other basic items that was felt should have been included was inconvenient.Additionally, the blinds were very thin and did not adequately block out the sunlight, making it difficult for our children to sleep.On a positive note, the location was excellent—just a short 1.5-block walk to the beach—and we really appreciated the outdoor dining area, which was great for meals and relaxing.With a few improvements in comfort and amenities, this rental could be a much more enjoyable stay.

When our group came back from the beach with a few friends the owner showed up in front of the home - he then insisted on doing a walk through of the rental. As a group of young women, this was frightening to say the very least. I’ve never had a renter need my ID when I went on property, but when we arrived we not only had to sign different contracts, I also felt as though I was convincing the owner to allow us to stay (even though we had of course paid for the rental already). I signed these contracts feeling as though I had no choice, which I of course didn’t since we had no where else to stay. The rental itself was in decent condition, but we felt on edge our entire time inside the property. Needless to say would not recommend for groups of friends.

Great Location, Cleanliness and Necessities Could Be Better.

We had a 4pm check in time, we were told its possible we could have a earlier check in time but to check with them first. We arrived at around 3pm and early check in wasn't available which isnt a big deal. He had us contact him 15 minutes before arrival and we showed up and he let us park the car there even before check in which was nice so we didn't have to pay for parking elsewhere. He was professional and friendly. Only issue was he told us our room actually wouldn't be ready until 5pm at the latest. The room ended up being ready at about 5pm, an hour later than the check in time. Missing basic necessities like paper towels, we had issues with the fridge being warm upon arrival but were able to sort it out ourselves. Living room doesn't have furniture to comfortably lounge more than 2 people. Floors felt dusty and dirty. No mirror or TV in the main bedroom which was annoying with a very uncomfortable couch that could barely seat 2 people. Nice outside area to sit at. Beds were freshly made which was nice. Close walk to the beach and main area of the board walk and a short walk to a good deli near by. Overall it was good for the price range but not perfect. Definitely wouldn't recommend staying with more than 2 people.

Great location

Cute, simple place, great location. A block and a half from the boardwalk. Beach passes, a parking spot. Know that there is a steep staircase to the apartment if you have older family members. Could use more hand towels and a garbage in the bathroom. Overall, just what we needed. Would stay here again.
