The newly renovated, about 85 square meters modern apartment in modern alpenchic design invites you to spend your best days of the year in a unique location! You spend your holiday in a quiet location right on the lake. The comfortable, central location to Rottach-Egern, you can reach all the shops for daily needs and many popular restaurants within walking distance. Here you leave everyday life behind and relax at the highest level. A large wrap-around balcony offers plenty of sunshine and absolute peace and privacy at any time of the day. You have a wonderful view of the Tegernsee, the Rottacher bay and the surrounding mountains.
