Welcome to your cosy 2-room apartment on the mezzanine level—the ideal retreat for relaxing days by the North Sea! With approximately 35 m², this charming apartment can accommodate 1 to 3 people.

The bright living room invites you to relax and unwind with a comfortable sleeper sofa, LCD TV, radio, and a dining area. From here, you can step out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could want: In addition to an electric stove with a 4-burner cooktop, you’ll find a dishwasher and a refrigerator—ideal for preparing delicious meals.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) with separate mattresses, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the comfortable living experience.

Parking space No. 73 provides additional convenience. The building also offers a bicycle storage room and a washing machine for your use.

Kleine, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in super Lage für alle Ausflüge, die man auf Sylt so machen möchte. Der nahe Strand ist super und das Südwäldchen ist toll für Kinder mit einem großen Spielplatz. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Teppichboden), war aber sonst sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand. Ansonsten ruhige Lage. Angenehme Kommunikation und Organisation mit den Vermietern. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Unterkunft.
