Smoking is not allowed inside or outside. We will fine guests $500 in the event of smoking inside and around the property. Rinse stain drops with soap
Please keep noise down after 9 p.m. and before 9 a.m., particularly in the outdoor areas. All trash items must be placed in bag to keep barrels clean.

My 4th year at this beautiful cottage. I’ve been renting for 56 years at swifts and this is by far my favorite place to stay! You will feel right at home and everything you will need is provided . Helina is such a wonderful host.

We were a party of 4 adults and had a relaxing, comfortable stay at this home. The house was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We didn’t get to the beach due to the weather but that’s always a gamble when traveling. Communication was very easy with the owner and checking in was simple.

Simple well designed cottage

The space was clean, bright, and decorated with a beach theme with decor and colors crisp and minimalist. It was quiet and relaxing staying there. One room has two twin size beds perfect for small adults or children and the other room was perfect for adults. The host was easy and nice to communicate with.

Location worked out great for us, we were able to visit, Fall River, drive up the cape, visit Boston, Plymouth,Salem, Gloucester MA (Hammond Castle), and even Kennebunkport ME all in a week! House is clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable, only suggestion is maybe new covers on the furniture in the living room and a Keurig but other than that our stay way fantastic. Loved swifts beach and that we could walk there! Thanks for a great week!!

Comfortable & Cozy

A pleasant surprise. Compact but adequate. My daughter and I flew in for my son's funeral so it was just what we needed. It was a good find for us, located where we needed to be. We felt safe. And the host responded quickly to every question I had. She was wonderful & understanding, which I greatly appreciated.

Wonderful cottage!

We really enjoyed staying in this cottage. It's very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. It also has a nice back deck. It's in a charming neighborhood less than a 10-minute walk to a beach. Stores and restaurants are between a 5 to 15-minute drive. Helina, the owner, was very accommodating and responsive. She provides a welcome book with lots of information about the cottage and things to do in the area. We would stay here again if we're visiting Wareham.
