Load and start the dishwasher
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set heat to 67 or A/C to 7 or 72. Check that stove, etc. are off. Lock doors/windows. Leave beds that were used unmade. Handwashed dishes can dry on counter. Used towels may be left on bathroom floor.
See house guidebook for more details. I do not charge cleaning fees and I'm able to do that because my guests leave the house in great shape. Thank you!!!
The following are optional but helpful if you have time: 1) place garbage in outdoor bins 2) start load of towels or sheets from one bed washing 3) put items from closets back (fans, etc.)

This is a great location being a quiet neighborhood yet right near many things to do. Much exploring can be done on foot with nearby Electric Ave Beach, Main St., Cape Cod Canal and Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Bring a bike and ride the canal trail to Sagamore/Sandwich - great biking/walking path.

What makes this property unique

The home is equipped for four season comfort. A well-equipped kitchen to make whatever meal is desired. The yard is a nice size with room for kids to play, a propane grill, firepit and outdoor table/chairs. Comfortable beds, a modern bathroom and fast WIFI with several streaming TV options round out the home.
