Nice stay close to ASU

My son and a friend stayed here for 5 nights while they were attending a couple sporting events in Phoenix. The owner was very easy to communicate with when we had check in questions and was very responsive when they had a problem getting the door to lock properly. Great clean, affordable rental!

This VRBO was exactly what we needed! The location was perfect—about 15 minutes from both the zoo and the airport, and right in the middle between Scottsdale and Gilbert, which made getting around incredibly easy. We had quick access to everything, including Fry’s for groceries, Walgreens for essentials, and plenty of great restaurants nearby.The space itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having access to a washer and dryer in the building was a huge bonus and allowed us to pack lighter. The Keurig coffee maker was also a great touch for easy mornings.The host was phenomenal—very responsive and easy to work with, which made the entire experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again!

Good for small family

We stayed here for a long weekend - in town for my son's baseball tournament. It was great for what we needed - kitchen, washer/dryer, easy parking, room for us to hang out when we weren't at baseball games. The condo is a little more dated than what the pictures portray, but that didn't detract from our experience. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, appliances were in great condition, and the owners were very responsive and friendly. And it was clear that the owners care about the condition of the property - they were working on some maintenance while we were there, and always kept us updated. (Nothing major - just a window repair, and very careful not to disrupt us.) We visited the pool once - it isn't heated, but was clean and a nice option if you want to use it. My only suggestion would be to add a few more plates in the kitchen - we cooked there quite a bit, which was a huge perk for us, but we washed a lot of dishes because we used them a lot! We would definitely stay here again - very convenient for what we needed and cost less than a hotel would have!
