In the district of Thumersbach, 2 km from the centre of Thumersbach, 6 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Towel change weekly. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, public bathing area 2 km. Gondola lift 7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittenhöhe 9 km, Kitzsteinhorn 13 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Strandbad Zeller See 7 km, Erlebnisbadesee Uttendorf 23 km. Please note: suitable for families. , The Summer Card is valid from May 15th to October 31st of the year (depending on weather conditions) and must be paid for on site.

Wahnsinns Ausblick

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Zeller See und auf die Berge von Schmittenhöhe bis Kitzsteinhorn. Die Wohnung war top. Die Betten waren total gemütlich. Man hatte alles was man benötigt (außer einer Waschmaschine). Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das einzige Manko, dadurch dass das Haus recht weit oben auf dem Berg liegt, ist man mehr auf das Auto angewiesen, da Wanderwege ins Dorf Mangelware sind.

wundervoller Ausblick

Wir waren 10 Leute und hatten einen sehr schönen, entspannten Aufenthalt! Der Ausblick und die Lage sind der Wahnsinn (Auto aber dementsprechend notwendig). In der Gegend kann man quasi unendlich viel unternehmen und mit der Sommerkarte einiges davon komplett kostenlos. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen - man sollte aber selber alles mitbeingen, was man braucht (Gewürze, Öl, Klopapier etc).

Mooie rustige vakantiewoning

Leuke indeling, mooi uitzicht op het meer en de gletcher ‘Kitzsteinhorn’….. Even naar beneden rijden op een veilige bergweg voor vertier, winkels en restaurants e.d in bijvoorbeeld Zell am See en Kaprun …. Ook een restaurant op 1200 meter hoog . (Even een stukje verder omhoog op de berg) Hele lieve gastvrouw, die graag helpt als dat nodig zou zijn … 1x per week komt een bakkertje naar boven rijden … Kortom een mooi vakantiehuis die wij zeker aanraden!!!!

Familien und Freunde Urlaub

Hallo Zusammen, wir waren mit 7 Mann in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft. Das ist wie beschrieben, sauber und funktional. Es war ein wirklich klasse Urlaub. Wir würden das Haus immer wieder weiterempfehlen.

Sehr sehr herzlich!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag sehr willkommen gefühlt. Kinder sind jederzeit gern gesehen. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Ausblick bezaubernd. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es gibt auch ein paar Ziegen, die man auf Anfrage auch füttern kann. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Perfektes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Lage erfordert gute Autofahrer bei unterschiedlichsten Witterungsbedingungen. Eine einmalige Aussicht auf Zell am See und ein sehr authentisches Erlebnis vor Ort. Sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber. Die Dusche war der Minuspunkt.

Velmi milá domluva s majiteli, paní domácí každý den jako sluníčko... V počtu deseti lidí bychom uvítali myčku nádobí, jinak vše jako na fotkách a v popisech.

Helemaal top!

Het was nog mooier dan de foto's op de website. Een prachtig uitzicht over het meer en op de achtergrond de Grossclockner. Mooi groot en schoon huis met alle voorzieningen en hele aardige gastvrouw. Met een woord super! Het is voor herhaling vatbaar.
