A Jewel of the Croatian Coast

The property was stunning! The location was very peaceful with just a short drive to the resort that thankfully wasn’t too ‘touristy’. Lovely bars and restaurants all of which had stunning views of the scenery. Bracera was a particular highlight, if you visit make sure to eat in the very friendly and beautiful positioned restaurant. The host Josip was a real gentleman; couldn’t do enough to help and was the perfect host. We’ll be visiting again.

Wonderful Autumn in Zastrog

We spent the most amazing time in Zaostrog. Hause is very clean and comfortable, garden and pool with sea view is amazing. It was a home fare away from home. Our host showed us olive trees and the process of making olive oil. We ate at family restaurant Bracera and had such lovely time, we will be back for sure again.

Perfect Vacation

This is a wonderful property up on a hillside. Quiet and serene, with a beautiful view of the Adriatic. The house and grounds were immaculately kept and clean, with some really nice touches that reflected the attention to detail. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.Josip is the owner, and he was very kind and helpful with anything we needed. Their family has a restaurant on the water, which I would highly recommend. Josip himself cooked a seafood dinner for us and it was delicious. I can’t say enough about how we enjoyed our entire stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Outstanding

We had a simply idyllic stay at Josip's holiday home. The spot was stunning and very peaceful and quiet. The home has real character and a sense of history with some of the garden set under 100 year old trees. My wife and I have returned very relaxed. A car is essential, and we used this to explore the surrounding area, venturing as far as Split and Dubrovnik which were both in easy reach in either direction. The roads are excellent and driving in Croatia was relaxing with some breathtaking scenery. Josip was an excellent host who was always on hand if I had a query, and his restaurant is excellent. All I can say is, "we will be back".

The Hideaway

The house in Croatia was everything And more. The views of the mountains and the Adriatic Sea were amazing. The grounds were impeccable. The house was staged beautifully. We cooked, swam in that beautiful heated pool. We roasted chestnuts in the outdoor fireplace. Josip the host was super friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to friends of mine. Couldn’t of been happier. Thank you Josip for your hospitality. John and Kathi

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, rundum ist alles sehr ruhig es ist allerdings etwas weiter weg vom Meer als man auf den Bildern sieht.Mit dem Auto zum Meer dauert es knapp 10 Minuten, der Gastgeber hat eine Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Wasser.Auch das Restaurant des Gastgebers welches direkt am Meer ist ist sehr gut und zu Empfehlen.

Das Haus liegt oben am Berg und ist sehr ruhig und man kann dort richtig gut entspannen. Es ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Man hat eine traumhafte Aussicht.Der Pool ist schön und sauber.Josip ist sehr nett und auch immer erreichbar für den Fall das man Fragen hat. Im Dorf hat er ein Restaurant in dem man sehr gut Essen gehen kann. Man bekommt dort auch ein eigenen Parkplatz. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

traumhaftes Haus und wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir können zum Haus nur Positives berichten. Mega toller Vermieter, der wirklich immer da war, wenn man ihn brauchte. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg, die Fahrt hoch und runter ist bisschen nervig, aber ohne Auto nicht zu machen. Am Strand hatten wir einen privaten Parkplatz, das hat es sehr einfach gemacht. Die Häuser rund um das Haus, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind, sind leerstehende, alte Gebäude (diese Frage hatte ich mir bei der Buchung gestellt, deshalb der Hinweis von mir). Also mega ruhig, wenn die Zikaden nicht wären, haben aber gelesen, das dies typisch für diese Region ist :) Ausflüge waren meiner Meinung nach bisschen schwierig, da alles mit doch langer Autofahrt verbunden wäre, darauf hatten wir bei 35 Grad wenig Lust. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, also perfekt für Hunde. Die Landschaft sehr schön und alle Leute dort echt nett.Im Haus fehlten mir ein paar Kleinigkeiten, grad wenn man selber häufiger kocht, aber wir haben gut improvisiert. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen und wenn die Fahrt von uns nicht so weit wäre (1550 km), würden wir auf jeden Fall noch mal buchen.

Ruhiger Urlaub mit tollem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönem Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf das Meer. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur, fernab vom "Trubel der Stadt", trotzdem nur wenige Autominuten bis zum nächsten Supermarkt. Sehr netter Gastgeber :-)

Traumurlaub in einer Traumvilla

Der Urlaub war traumhaft ! Die Villa ist sehr schön, toll gelegen und mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Der Vermieter kümmert sich rührend um seine Gäste - angefangen mit dem Empfang - Obstkorb, Wein und Verpflegung im Kühlschrank, über den Parkplatz am Restaurant und die Versorgung mit fangfrischem Fisch. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen und können die Villa nur empfehlen !

Top verblijf

Het verblijf was magnifiek. Super vriendelijke eigenaar met een restaurant in het dorpje. ( lekker eten en dichtbij de zee) De eigenaar zorgt ook voor een parkeerplaats als je naar de zee of restaurant wil! Gewoon top! In het huisje is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Zwembad wordt iedere morgen onderhouden maar je hebt daar geen hinder van. Wij hadden een zalig verblijf en zullen zeker en vast nog eens terugkomen. Het was de eerste keer naar Kroatië en het was perfect.

Absoluter Traumurlaub

Der Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Umgebung war absolut perfekt! Wer Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein Auto sollte vorhanden sein, aber das war uns vorher klar. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen ist hier noch der Gastgeber Josip. Wir haben selten einen so aufmerksamen, bemühten und sympathischen Vermieter erlebt. Er war quasi immer erreichbar, jede Nachricht wurde innerhalb von Minuten beantwortet und auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Wir werden sicher nochmal wieder kommen!

Perfect!

Wir waren zwei Wochen in Josips Haus und haben alles daran genossen. Toller Blick auf die Adria. Wunderschönes Haus und sehr gepflegter Pool und Außenbereich. Neben dem Hause gab es sogar eine Quelle, wo wir uns täglich frisches, kühles Wasser abfüllen konnten. Einfach großartig. Wir waren wirklich begeistert von Josips Kommunikation, Service und Gastfreundschaft. Alles top und absolut zu empfehlen.

sehr schöner Urlaubsort

Traumvilla mit spektakulären Blick auf Landschaft ,Berge und dem Meer. Feriendomizil sehr gepflegt und sauber. Lage : etwas sportlich gelegen. Würden dort wieder Urlaub machen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, Traumgarten

Uns hat unser Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, es ist alles sehr entspannt. Josip ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber immer sehr hilfsbereit und sein Restaurant liegt wunderbar am Meer. Direkt daneben durften wir immer parken, nur einen Katzensprung vom Strand. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, man braucht ein Auto und fährt ca. 5-10 Minuten zum Ort/Meer. Vielen herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sehr gut ausgestattet, tolle Vermieter. Josip hat im Ort direkt am Meer ein Restaurant, dort hat er uns immer, wenn wir Lust hatten, einen tollen Tisch direkt am Wasser reserviert. Toll ist auch sein Angebot dort parken zu können, da das Haus oben am Berg steht, wo man einen schönen Blick und viel Ruhe hat. Sehr gut hat uns auch der Salzwasserpool gefallen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Traumhaus mit Blick aufs Meer

Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft, sehr gepflegt und top sauber. Man kann hier den ganzen Tag am Pool verbringen und die Aussicht auf die Bucht genießen, während man Scampis und Fleisch auf dem Grill zubereitet. Josip hat aber auch ein hervorragendes Restaurant in Zaostrog, die Fischplatte ist ein Genuss und die Rose Scampi vom Grill spitze. Bei Fragen zum Haus und Umgebung war Josip auch jederzeit da, selten so einen zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereiten Vermieter erlebt. Hier kann man hinkommen und ab der ersten Minute genießen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Honeymoon Launch Location

Wonderful house with excellent views, private location with the only neighbors being some sheep and a cow. Great location for going both north and south to explore other areas of Croatia. Josip was very responsive and did a great job providing local recommendations.
