Family weekend

Came up to celebrate a family birthday. Picked this because even though I grew up in RI I had never been out to Jamestown really. The place was perfect! Clean and welcoming, and the views were amazing! Loved our time there and definitely plan to stay again!

Great location - Property not clean

The issues began when I arrived at the property to find that I needed to go to the OTHER Wyndham property to check-in. None of the other emails mentioned this. Once we got back to the unit the view was breathtaking! The unit had a weird smell - one of the bedrooms had trash(an empty potato chip bag) under the bed. The next morning while making coffee we began to investigate the smell in the kitchen - found a pan of food that was left in the oven! Called the desk at the other property and was told that housekeeping was "over there now. I'll have someone come to take care of it. 2 hours later and after another phone call to the desk, someone showed up and took the pan away. No apology from anyone. The drawers in the rooms and the bathrooms were all filthy. The unit needed an update - and deep clean - but the views were spectacular!!! Thank goodness it had that going for it.

Excellent Location for Sight Seeing and Family Visit

This is our second year staying here. It is a beautiful location in Jamestown at the base of the bridge to Newport. Greeted each morning with sunrise and at night the beautiful lights of the bridge. Despite location, it is quiet! The condo is large 2.5 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms large living dining area so we could have our local family members visit with us. Also the kitchen is well equipped and washer and dryer came in handy. Nice walk into town for provisions and dining. Or short drive to the mansions and sights in Newport. Property is clean and well maintained.
