This location is perfect for boaters and outdoor enthusiasts, or those who just want to relax on the deck and enjoy the view. Home is located 500 yards from private community boat ramp available to use and the St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge is across the street. Also available for use are a 4 seater electric golf cart, two beach cruiser bikes, one single kayak and one tandem kayak. Shell Point Beach is a short golf cart ride away and within walking distance. Enjoy sunset views from the screened in porch or deck. Hosts are easily available to reach.
