This popular 3 BR/2 BA home sits on a canal in the gated community of Paradise Village. Once inside, you feel the comfort of home! The open living area expands into a large screened outdoor porch to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature and the beauty of the land and seascapes around you. A pool and tennis courts are available with a dock just outside your back door! Paradise Village is in the tranquil and serene golf cart community of Shell Point and within walking distance to the beach!

This home is being managed by Rent with Integrity Property Management, and we are located at 2851 Crawfordville Highway in Crawfordville, Florida . We will provide you with a number to call after hours if a need arises or you can send a message here . We offer a remote check-in option and provide you with the requirements to obtain the code to the lock box in the Check-in message. We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.

Paradise Village sits within the tranquil and serene golf cart community of Shell Point. Shell Point is a nature lover's paradise with an abundance of wildlife, sea life and the home to all species of birds. The local Firehouse also serves as the community center with events scheduled each month. It has a public boat ramp if fishing is your favortie pastime and the beach, with a pavillion and restrooms, is within walking distance. Wakulla Springs State Park, the Wakulla and St. Marks Rivers, the St. Marks Lighthouse and Wildlife Refuge, the Seineyard Seafood Restaurant and the Wildwood Golf Course are just a few minutes away.

Great time on the canal!

Nice quiet golf cart community, very relaxed vibe. We brought a boat and fished every day from the canal access. Home was exactly what we needed, would love to stay again!

We had a great stay at Sea Ya! My kids LOVED the community pool- it has a bathroom, shower, and plenty of room to play. My husband and son enjoyed playing pickleball on the courts as well. Eating dinners over the canal was relaxing, and the beach was just a short walk or bike ride away. It's a great place to take your boat, enjoy the water, and let the kids explore.

Our stay was amazing. The neighbors were friendly. The neighborhood was quiet. It took a couple times to figure out the canal and the way out to the gulf with our boat. Stay close to the sea wall, round the corner, go to the white post where it says no wake then follow the wood poles out. If not you will run aground. We will be back for sure.

Monica helped us scheduled another visit! The home is clean and comfortable! We love we can dock the boat right by the house or hit the pool! New added bonus, jet ski dock! It’s definitely a cozy quiet place! The kids had a blast and we definitely enjoyed the springs too! We got to see a manatee at the entrance of the canal! I love it’s gated and the whole family comes at the same time so the kids bounce house to house for sleep overs! Can’t wait for next year!
