1 room approx. 38 sqm, with large balcony, 3rd Floor (end floor), view of the green towards the sea, very quiet location, 100 m to the beach promenade, 600 m to the golf course, with underground parking space and elevator, barrier-free from the garage to the apartment. Two single beds (190x90 cm), sofa, TV, bathroom with shower, kitchen, balcony furniture. As still unrenovated at a special price until the end of 2019! Two bicycles included.

Wunderschönes Gebäude in Strandnähe mit großem Balkon. Zur Miete gab es auch 2 Fahrräder mit denen man gut die Umgebung erkunden kann.

Eine tolle Wohnung inkl. 2 Fahrräder, eine kleine Anmerkung, das Licht funktioniert an beiden Fahrrädern nicht, nur das kleine zusätzliche am Lenker! Die Sättel sind sehr hart, aber ohne diesen Rädern hätten wir nicht so oft per Fuß den Hafen mit den mega Restaurants besucht alles andere war spitze! Der Abfluss am Waschbecken im Bad läuft nicht gut ab! Ansonsten schöne Wohnung, wir empfehlen und würden wieder kommen

Schönes Apt., hochwertig ausgestattet, aber sehr dünne Kopfkissen. Außerdem funktionieren die Leselampen am Bett nicht (keine Fehlbedienung, da eine 3 Sek. leuchtet und dann ausgeht).Das beauftragte Reinigungsteam arbeitet schlecht. Schmutz wird nur oberflächlich entfernt, die großen Scheiben waren kaum durchsichtig. Außerdem waren bei der Ankunft weder Bettwäsche noch Handtücher da (wurden aber vorab bezahlt). Problem wurde zeitnah gelöst.Fahrrad und Tiefgarage habe ich nicht ausprobiert.Vom Vermieter nicht zu verantworten, aber gut zu wissen: Es fährt derzeit definitiv kein Bus zum Apt.)Alles in allem aber ein positives Erlebnis.

Unterkunft mit leichten Mängeln

Der Aufenthalt war auch aufgrund des sehr guten Wetters sehr schön und erholsam. Travemünde und Umgebung hat einige schöne und interessante Seiten. Bei der Ferienwohnung hätten wir uns jedoch ein wenig Grundausstattung gewünscht. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre jedoch unserer Meinung nach nötig. Auch die Beleuchtung, welche man benötigt wenn man in der Nacht mal aufstehen muss ist sehr bescheiden und nur schwer ohne Licht vom Bett aus zu erreichen. Auch die Couch ist nicht sehr bequem. Ansonsten will ich nicht auf hohem Niveau meckern. Alles in allem war es eine sehr schöne und gelungene Erholungswoche. Die Kritik an der Ausstattung soll kein Verriss sein aber vielleicht eine Anregung zur Verbesserung.

Rückblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und für 2 Personen ausreichen. Man sollte jedoch vorher abklären was man in der Küche und den Bad so braucht. Wir haben erstmal Müllbeutel, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, Handseife und Klopapier kaufen müssen. Da diese sehr knapp bemessen vorrätig waren. Ansonsten ist es eine ruhiges Lage und man wird gegen 5:00 von den Möwen geweckt. Ein kleiner Tipp noch. Glas kann man nicht bei den Hausmüll abgeben. Dazu muss man in Richtung Strand gehen dort stehen von der Stadt Glascontainer. Wir haben uns auch erst durchfragen müssen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage

Insgesamt hat uns unser Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer und ca. 10 Minuten vom Strand. Vor allem der große, windgeschützte Balkon ist ein echtes Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos.

Perfekt für Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, und liegt perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für alle Richtungen. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich die Bushaltestelle. In nur wenigen Minuten kommt man zum Bahnhof Strand oder ins Zentrum. 2 Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Wir konnten unseren Kurzurlaub bei bestem Herbstwetter genießen!

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Alles da was man benötigt. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist perfekt gelöst. Frische Brötchen gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Gerne wieder.

Wohnung gut, Lift die ganze Zeit defekt.

Wir sind am Sonntag angereist und obwohl wir schon oft in Travemünde waren, auch im gleichen Haus. waren wir doch sehr überrascht. Was sich da an der Strandpromenade und Wiesengelände angespielt hat war uns neu. Wir waren geschockt. Unsere Wohnung im dritten Stock war nur über die Treppe erreichbar da der Lift die ganze Woche defekt war. Für uns Senioren mit gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen eine Katastrophe. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt leider etwas eingeschränkt weil wir uns genau überlegt haben wie oft wir die Treppe schaffen. Also alles etwas unbefriedigend, leider.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Von der Buchung bis zum Ende des Aufenthalts hat alles super geklappt! Wir waren uns direkt Wohlgefühlt! Die Wohnung hatte alles was man brauchte und bis zur Ostsee waren es nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub an der Ostsee

Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Spaziergänge mit direktem Zugang zur Seepromenade und zum Brodtnere Steilufer. Die Wohnanlage ist tip top gepflegt, der Vermieter war rührig, uns einen angenehmen urlaub zu ermöglichen. komme gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Wohnung. Schöner Balkon. Induktionskochfeld hat leider meine Edelstahl-Espressokanne nicht akzeptiert. Wir hatten aber eine Alternative dabei. Kein Problem.
