Apartment "Traveblick am Lotsenberg" in a prime location with a view of the water

This lovingly furnished holiday rental is located just about 60 metres from the Trave River and the long promenade / waterfront, which is lined with numerous restaurants and shops :-)

Enjoy your breakfast in the sunshine on the cosy, covered balcony and watch the ferries to Scandinavia pass by... they seem almost close enough to touch and are accompanied by the cries of seagulls.

You can reach the wide sandy beach on foot in about 5 minutes—either along the promenade or through the beautiful spa gardens directly across the street.

The 44 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a 3-story building and offers plenty of space for a relaxing holiday in a prime location.

The large living room/bedroom is furnished with a cosy double bed, a wardrobe, a sofa, an extendable table with 4 chairs, dressers, a writing desk, a 43" TV, and a stereo system.
The large window front is fitted with electric blinds; the windows in the hallway and bathroom also have exterior blinds.

The bathroom has natural light and is equipped with a shower. (Hair dryer provided)

In the kitchen area, in addition to a stove, oven, and refrigerator, you’ll find a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

You can park your car for free in the building’s underground garage (double parking spaces on the upper level, max 2 metric tonnes, no SUVs), which, like the apartment, is easily accessible by lift.

The final cleaning fee includes key handover, bed linens, and towels. The visitor’s tax is charged separately.
The visitor’s tax for adults is:
Jan. 1 through May 14: €2.00 per day
May 15 through Sept. 14: €3.50 per day
Sept. 15 through Dec. 31: €2.00 per day
