Mas Rayó is a grand property from 18th century, restored in 2022. It is located on the outskirts of an idyllic medieval village in the heart of the Empordà-Costa Brava, a privileged Mediterranean region, famous for its awe inspiring coves and beaches, its charming medieval towns and its superb gastronomy. The property is only 130 km from Barcelona, 100 km from Perpignan and 40 km from Girona.

Surrounded by lawns and fields, with a Mediterranean orchard ready for you to pick the tastiest tomatoes and aubergines you've ever tasted. A private swimming pool and two outdoor chill-out areas are at your disposal for a relaxing holiday.

The house has 5 double rooms (3 en suite) in the first floor, plus a service room with 2 single beds by the kitchen and the laundry.

The house is very spacious, comfortable and cosy, with many and varied living areas: large living room with dining area, TV room, reading room with a large historic fireplace. Large fully equipped kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, porch with fireplace, two large terraces overlooking the fields... Fast Internet access via Wifi is available in all areas of the house.
