Met our needs perfectly!

A quiet neighborhood with a private back yard and we had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend celebrating a birthday and retirement. Would stay here again!

Spacious home with comfortably beds. Close to campus, dining, and shops. Would love some nightlights (for the kiddos) and blackout curtains (personal preference) bit overall, wonderful place.

The house was exactly as listed! I just wished that the queen bed we slept in was more comfortable! The mattress was very thin! Everything else was great! Would stay here again! Thank you! We were here because of sudden death of a brother and brother in law! The house was big enough for the 5 adults that stayed here! This so helped with the convenience of our stay with loved ones!

Very nice stay

Very close to Ball State, very nice location. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable living spaces. It has a nice 'home' feel to it, warm and welcoming. I hope it is available the next time we are going to be in the area. Thank you!

The house was clean. We liked the openness of the kitchen/dining/living areas. It is very well stocked with necessary items. Access and location was good. Neighborhood was good. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house. It was much nicer than having to stay in a hotel.

Ball State baseball visit

We had a wonderful time in Muncie. It was very nice to stay and relax close to the school and baseball field. We were able to cook and have dinner with our son. Thank you for letting us use your house. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Convenient, comfortable for families

The house was exactly what we needed. We were in town for a family wedding and really appreciated the spacious living room with ample seating, large kitchen and front porch rocker. It’s on a quiet street and only a few blocks from campus and 5 min from downtown so plenty to do during your stay!
