Welcome to Benny B! Inspired by Beneficence, one of the Ball State University landmarks, just four blocks from the house. Ball Memorial Hospital is also four blocks away. You'll enjoy staying upstairs in this cozy two bedroom with its own entrance, and off street parking for up to three vehicles in the back. Newly remodeled, featuring a king bed in the primary, and two twin beds with LED lights in the bunk rooms, separated by a game room with a foosball table. (There are tenants living downstairs.)

Please put used towels: bath, hand, washcloth, on hooks in hallway. Turn off all lights including hall light, and close all doors, keyless entry locks automatically lock when you close the door.
