Eichler Orange is a LUXURY rental that was completely remodeled and is considered new construction. This rental is ideal for the most discerning guests, and we expect that all guests maintain a level of care and consideration. Experience the iconic mid-century modern architecture of Eichler Orange, perfectly balanced with today’s modern comforts.

Step inside Eichler Orange and immediately feel the warmth of natural light flooding the open-concept living spaces, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The free-flowing indoor/outdoor design, centered around a signature atrium, creates a seamless connection between the luxurious interior and the spectacular outdoor oasis. Outside, you’ll discover a private pool, jacuzzi spa, and a cozy fire pit, all surrounded by beautifully landscaped, drought-resistant gardens. This intimate vacation retreat is perfect for those looking to unwind and escape the everyday hustle.

Each bedroom has its own individual heating and air thermostat. Enjoy music with the Sonos wireless sound system and stay connected with indoor/outdoor Wi-Fi. Parking is available in the one-car enclosed garage, signature carport, or driveway. The home includes two TVs—one in the primary bedroom and one in the family room.

Step into your private paradise where you can lounge poolside, soak in the spa, or gather around the firepit for evening conversations. The outdoor grill and patio dining area make it perfect for sunset dinners in California’s year-round weather.

POOL/SPA
The pool is open year-round but is not heated. The spa heats up to approximately 100°F from 5 PM to 9 PM daily. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.

Please note our strict cancellation policy, and no parties or events are permitted. The property is monitored by three exterior RING cameras: at the front door, side yard, and side gate.

Located in a peaceful Thousand Oaks neighborhood, Eichler Orange is just 4 minutes from the freeway and 30 minutes to Pacific Coast Highway and local beaches. The area boasts great restaurants, wineries, and nightlife, with nearby hiking spots like Wildwood Regional Park, Tarantula Hill, and Los Robles Trail. Popular attractions such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knott’s Berry Farm, and Six Flags Magic Mountain are all within easy driving distance.

Amazing house! Love the midcentury modern design with the lovely atrium in the middle. Clean and beautifully furnished. The large yard with pool was beautiful. The neighborhood was extremely safe and quiet, and very close to all the shops and restaurants. Having AC in every room was a great feature, especially for the hot weather. Highly recommended!

Great house and host

The Eichler Orange is a special home, with everything in place for an enjoyable stay. The property itself is well designed, inside and out, and the spaces are all laid out well. The kitchen is great for cooking, appliances are all new and modern. Bathrooms are nice, and the laundry room is very helpful. Be sure to enjoy the extra deep hot tub! The owners/hosts are very responsive and made sure everything was in order. We had the opportunity to spend 4 months in the house and had a great experience.
