Great spot/neighborhood and wonderful house

This was great spot for our daughter's basketball tournament at the old Mamba Center, now Sports academy. Great and quiet neighborhood. All amenities and stores very close by. The house has everything. I believe we were first to rent since new listing after remodel. But the gist very accommodating and responds quickly. We had great time, although I did have to get used to different stove top. One thing missing was pans that worked with induction since need to be magnetic. But we liked the place and would look to stay again. Malibu not far and drive thru hills was great to when daughter wasn't playing

Our experience was far from what we had hoped for. The main issue was the lack of hot running water, which was particularly challenging for our toddler who needed a bath before bedtime. As a result, two adults had to endure cold showers & despite the host's response in sending someone to address the issue, no one else was able to shower until the next morning.The Wi-Fi never worked during our stay. We informed the host, who promised to contact the cable company, but the issue was never resolved, leaving us disconnected. This lack of internet access meant we couldn’t download the application required to regulate the temperature in the house, which was another significant inconvenience.One of the bedrooms had two inflatable beds (something that was not disclosed as part of the "ammenities"). The beds were not fully inflated, and there was no pump available to fix them. It was uncomfortable to sleep on half-inflated mattresses to say the least.Additionally, there was only one small TV in the entire house, which would have been fine if we had a Wi-Fi connection, but since the internet was never working, we had no way to connect to any streaming services.Another problem was that it seemed like there had been recent construction work done in the house, and the kitchen island was left unclean, covered in sharp shavings. We ended up having to clean upon our arrival to ensure the surfaces were safe and free of hazards.Hope the host can do better for future guests.

newly renovated space! The place is comfortable and set up for visitors to rest and enjoy their time. The hosts/owners have done a great job keeping it minimal, with all the basics you need (plus a little extra), and still feeling like a cozy home. New windows keep the house quiet, neighborhood is friendly, and there is a grocery store within walking distance!
