Welcome to the beautiful and well maintained 83 m² apartment on the 1st floor (8011 Königsberger Allee 40 Whg. 2!) with two bedrooms, 2xTV, balcony, shower room, W-LAN etc. for up to 4 persons. This apartment is located only about 2 minutes walk from the beach (Grömitz) away.
Just explore the coast on foot or by rental bike. Unwind - the Baltic Sea beach has a beneficial effect in every season.

You can expect a holiday apartment of approx. 83 m² spread over 3 rooms for max. 4 persons (incl. Small child).

Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90x200 cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers and shutters. a shower room with floor-deep shower, mirror cabinet and toilet. W-LAN, a parking space in front of the house

Parking & Bicycles & Washing Machine
The apartment is of course a parking space directly at the house. The bikes can be parked outside in front of the house. A washer and dryer are available to guests in the house.

Bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee.

Our cozy apartments are located in the immediate vicinity to various shops and restaurants. In the nearby spa park there are outdoor sports equipment and a large playground where children can play extensively. In the summer, events regularly take place in the spa gardens, so that no boredom arises. An auto repair shop, laundromat and doctors are also nearby.
Grömitz impresses with its variety of sports and leisure opportunities, all of which are located near the beach. An all-round carefree holiday is nothing in the way.
