Relax at this peaceful Family Friendly Crystal Lake home. You will have all the amenities you need to truly relax including a spacious well manicured private backyard, safe and secure for the kids. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine in our cozy rockers or in our enclosed patio. Peaceful mornings & fun-filled afternoons await you at our cozy home. Minutes to Metra, Downtown Crystal Lake, Main Beach, Veteran Acres Park and Three Oaks Recreation, biking/hiking/restaurants/bars.
The space: The entire kid friendly home is yours to enjoy and is located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood, on a low traffic street. Perfect for evening walks.
Bedroom 1: king size bed.
Bedroom 2: full size bed with adjoining sitting room that leads to secure fenced backyard.
Bathroom: soaking shower/tub combo with a 5-spray pattern shower head. All necessary toiletries are provided for your convenience (including baby shampoo/bodywash).
Brand new In-unit Washer/Dryer
Kitchen: fully equipped with brand new Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water/ice dispenser, electric stovetop/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig and coffee, pots/pans and stocked with your basic spices/oils.
Dining table comfortable seats 4.
Living area has a comfy recliner rocker and a Samsung 58" smart TV with Samsung TV Plus, basic TV channels, Netflix, Prime, Hulu Disney+ and other similar apps.
Drive up the driveway: space comfortably fits 2 side by side vehicles.
Self keyless check in is available. Code provided prior to check in.
Other things to note:
* We ask that you please be respectful of our neighbors with no outdoor loud music past 9pm.
* NO large gatherings or parties allowed.
* Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside any space of the home.
* NO PETS: Please honor our request for no pets. We have family members with allergies/asthma to animals.
* Check out process is smooth and simple.
* Approval required for booking requests over 7 nights.

We instantly fell in love with the area and the friendly welcoming residents of Crystal Lake. It was in that 24 hours we decided this was where we would invest in our 2nd home.
