In a few minutes you reach the Wilhelmstrasse, which invites you to stroll and linger. The Baltic Sea beach with the beautiful pier is only about 200m away. The bus stop is about 600m away and the Rasender Rolands train station can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The leisure pool is about 800m away. Each apartment has a parking space on the object. A children's playground and barbecue facilities are also available. The Haus Lausitz has a separate common room with up to 40 seats, lockable and separate kitchen and toilets. The sauna is chargeable. For cyclists and hikers it is an ideal starting point for their activities. Free Wi-Fi is available in the property.

Die Wohnung wirkte durch die komplette Befliesung sehr kühl. Eine Decke hätten wir uns erst erfragen müssen bei der Vermieterin. Ausstattung ok, für einen kurzen Urlaub absolut in Ordnung. Lage zum Strand/Seebrücle super.

Selten so eine saubere Fewo gehabt ! Unsere Wohnung ging leider auf den Parkplatz raus und die Hauseingangstür lag genau daneben - uns zu unruhig , aber bei 4 Nächten auszuhalten!
