Newly renovated, CLEAN, waterfront condo, within walking distance to St. Pete Beach. Enjoy the Florida sunrises from your own fishing dock/sun deck and make sure to take advantage of the pool if it gets a little too warm!

PRIME LOCATION!!

John’s Pass, Edgemont Key, Pass a Grille, St. Pete beach, Sunset beach, Treasure Island and Madeira beach are all within 5 miles from the condo.
Less than a 15 minute drive to the BOOMING downtown area where you will find some incredible bars/restaurants.

*My condo association requires all renters to fill out an application before booking.
-Once dates are requested, I will send you an application to be filled out and sent back to the condo association.
-I will cover the $100 application fee
-Once the application has been approved by the association, I will accept your booking request.

*Maximum of two pets allowed with a combined weight of 40lbs.
