We loved our stay here! Perfect location - easy access to the beach, quiet. Beds were comfortable, the house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We the perfect beach location. The beach was just across the street. Very clean house and had absolutely no complaints.

Great spot to stay in, the location is perfect! Super close to Alys, Seacrest, and Rosemary. Also very close to the big chill. Walking across the street to the beach was no issue, but beware, there are 4 things of stairs when coming up from the beach that are a struggle after a long day in the sun. Very pleased with our stay

The location was the main reason I chose this rental and it was awesome being less than a 5-minute walk from the public beach access. It was also convenient for a short car ride to Seaside or Alys/Rosemary Beach areas. The bikes were a nice bonus. Parking at the Big Chill (and several other places) was sometimes difficult, so the bikes were a good alternative, with Alys/Rosemary also within biking distance. The pool was also a nice feature. The house was really nice, clean, and adequately stocked. Our family of seven had plenty of space and the balcony view was great! The outside shower on the side of the house was also convenient for rinsing off beach sand. This is a property we would definitely rent again!

Proximity to beach access across the street was very good.This is what drew us in. Small pool on property was nice, we enjoyed this. We would have a different perspective had the week gone better to be honest.This condo/townhome has a shared wall and the front door is behind the photo shown. It was good for what we needed. Lesson learned not to rent a shared wall again. A house from now on for us. You have zero control who rents next to you. The unit next to us was chaos for a solid week! At least 14 people. Our Cars were hit multiple times by the other renters and they kept parking in our spots & allowing their friends to take the spots. Had to ask them to move their vehicles. Zero extra parking spots. Only two marked per unit. Management does not manage this other unit. We also had a trail of ants in the kitchen. Not a deal breaker, but irritating.
