Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry about the internet service that resulted in a sub par overall rating. This is the first guest we have had to mention the internet service being a problem. We actually pay extra money to provide what has proven to be very reliable, fast internet from Mediacom, along with an Eeros mesh router system for balanced levels throughout the condo. Much better than what most other units receive at Waterhouse thru the HOA. We got with our provider immediately when the guest contacted us one time about it. There was an outage in the area at that time and we were not aware of ongoing issues. Again, this is the first such complaint we have had regarding internet service, tho totally out of our control. Thanks to this guest for staying with us. Naturally, we understand the importance of providing excellent internet connections. That’s why we have gone above and beyond our provided HOA service. We will certainly monitor the service moving forward.

Great place for a getaway. Location was nice. More of a laid back area. But still close to all the places you want to go. Private beach was nice. Paying for the chairs was worth it. Rooftop pool/hot tub was relaxing. The two outdoor showers were nice to get all the sand off. The cafe right there was convenient for a drink while you watch the sunset. We will definitely stay here again!

My family and I arrived 11/04/25 to this Beach/Penthouse condo. It was a perfect vacation destination and a lovely and a beautiful home as well. It was well equipped with everything one would need. Clean and more than comfortable. Easy access to the beach and just a few step to the beach which was incredible. The pool and hot tub were incredible too. We hope to come back again. A break at the beach

The only thing better than the location—a rooftop condo, steps away from the pool and just across the street fro the beach entrance—was our temporary home away from home. The unit is very well appointed and comfortable my wife and I needed a quick break and we got exactly what we needed. Booking was a breeze and our host, Monica was quick to respond.
