Completely renovated 3 bed 2 bath ranch , with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. House has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed with twin over full.
Living room has a couch, reclining chair and few pufs for the kids. Kitchen has 3 chair breakfast bar and dining room table for 4. You will have Great wifi service and netflix is available on TV.

We are a beech loving family and enjoy every second we can to be on the water or spend time with each other. We love going fishing and watching dolphins swim around us.

Why they chose this property

This is our first Vacation home and we have poured our hearts in to this home to make it look and feel like home, so everyone who decide to come experience Panama City and its beeches can get that home feel and get to relax.

What makes this property unique

St. Andrews area was always popular and has its benefits. Starting from Famous Uncle Earnie's Restaurant that you do not want to miss food wise or sunset wise. All the stores are located within 5 min, Beech is within 5-8 min drive depending what beech you want to go to. If you own a boat there is a slip dock straight down the street, If you just want to fish of shore ,same thing just go down the street. Overall you will enjoy your stay in a quiet neighborhood with your own back yard.
