We had a lovely stay, the owner was more than helpful and informative about our check in. We expected it to be very tight quarters. We were greatly surprised at how roomy the unit was. The bedrooms were very practical for rest and relaxation. Will definitely save this property for future visits.

Great location for us, and we love Emerald Pointe! The house is nicely furnished, with everything you need. We always go to St. Andrew’s State Park to go to the beach, and it is very close, as well as many restaurants. Troy is a great host.

Thank you Wendy spending your vacation at our home I'm glad to know you are considering returning. FYI....I had a new roof installed the week after your install. That should help keep place cooler. I will have new vinyl laminate installed in the kitchen area next month It'll be nice when completed. I hope y'all have a great rest of your summer. Tony Walker
