We stayed one night while traveling to Niagara Falls. It was easy to find, check in was easy, and the quaint home was very peaceful. It is basic, but fulfilled our needs and was very pleasant to be unplugged for an evening. There was no Wi-Fi or television, but our cell phones did continue to have service. We enjoyed a friendly chat with the owner, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Quiet, clean, and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed a chance to relax and enjoy the beauty of Penn-Yan. Mary is a kind and responsive host who contacted me prior to our arrival to ensure all of our needs would be met. We definitely hope to return in the future.

This home is adorable, quaint, very clean and has everything you could ever need during your stay. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances, pots/pans, hand towels, glasses, plates, utensils, etc. Located in a quiet neighborhood and property sits on a big plot of manicured land. A scenic, peaceful, beautiful setting. Comfortable back porch with stocked wood in the firepit, which sits beneath tall pine trees. The host is very friendly, flexible, thoughtful and communicated well with me. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay there. I would definitely book this home again!
