Cozy new England style cottage Right on Wine and Beer Trail

Cozy all season New England-style cottage that sleeps 7 overnight . Fire pit, gas grill, wifi, gas-fireplace for winter days. A/C and ceiling fans for those extremely hot days. Covered boat hoist and expanded 100'dock. Eat in kitchen has some spices . Centrally located right on the wine and beer trail. Smart TV for streaming favorite movies. A very tranquil property, winter or summer. 6 miles to boat.
launch and boat rentals. Very central to all the lakes winery's. Linens provided. Great cell phone service. Covered outdoor grill area and covered deck area, for rainy days.
Seperate fire pits , dock, kayaks, and paddle boat are shared with our Bungalow rental.
Pets are allowed as long as $100. pet fee is paid to cover extra cleaning. New dock.

Property was very accessible for one guest with walking challenges. Getting down to the water more difficult for her but doable. The rest of us had no difficulty and enjoyed total access to the lake. Also good to have a yard and porch for dry time and the house was comfortable and filled with conveniences. A lovely home and great base for a fun filled vacation.

Overall, the house was great! The host was super kind and helpful! We stayed her for my friend’s bachelorette trip weekend and had an amazing time at the property and the surrounding wineries! We were a little disappointed in the dock because it was not what the picture looked like and was unusable. I hope they get this fixed soon, along with the steps down to the lake that were a little sketchy. The cups also needed to be cleaned out better. Like I said overall, the house was great and the owner was super kind! I’m glad we stayed at this property!

Again sorry about the dock , mother nature decided I needed a new dock sooner than later. They are starting August 5 . Also as I stated, there are two sets of stairs, the new ones and the old iron original in front of the cottage glad you enjoyed your stay

We had such a wonderful stay at your lake house. Super cute and super clean. Beautiful view of the lake and a beautiful area. Walking trails and waterfalls everywhere. Wineries, breweries and cideries were very close. The people in the area were extremely friendly. Timothy was very quick with answering any questions - very easy to work with. We needed a relaxing vacation and that's exactly what we got! Loved it.
