This is a safe neighborhood - located in the same parking lot as the SOA dorms and a doctors office. It’s right across the street from a weekly farmers market and a locally owned souls food restaurant, District 925. The condo is also surrounded by a nice greenway and tennis courts. The local police department gas station is within two minutes so you have a strong police presence and sense of security.

What makes this property unique

This condo is spacious and has beautiful hardwood floors. It’s located in a building with a wine restaurant at the bottom! Quiet building with private neighbors. Centrally located to all hospitals and schools in the area.
