Spectacular oceanfront single family home in private guarded community of Middlesex Beach! Enjoy the fabulous views from the screened porch and deck. Watch your family play on the beach below. Beach access (via walkway) located next to the home. This home is great for two separate families. Ground level has a family room, kitchenette, full bath with shower and king bedroom. Upper level features open living room, dining area and well-equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. The upstairs master bedroom has direct access to the screened porch and deck - listen to the rolling surf as you settle in for the night. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Parking for 4. Non-smoking. No pets.

Saturday to Saturday rental during the summer season.

Community amenities: Private guarded beach (in season) Very safe and quiet community great for bike riding with the kids. Only a 10 minute walk to the quaint town of Bethany Beach for shopping and dining. Beautiful uncrowded beach, you will see DOLPHINS everyday!

If you prefer to not use online booking to save you the service fee which can be up to 500 a week. Please send an email reservation request and I will forward a rental agreement. Payment can be made in the form of personal check or cashiers check.

Amazing Beach House

Location, Location, Location

This is a great family house, right on the beach, right next to the beach access, with parking for 4 cars and a parking pass. The beach is so much less crowded than other areas in Bethany. The screened porch was used constantly and allowed for easy access in and out to the front deck. Nice house, great location and awesome vacation.

Lovely home on the beach! Lots of extras

There were eleven of us and the house was big enough to accommodate us, great kitchen for cooking, lots of beach stuff for kids, and wi-fi and A/C when needed to be out of sun! Lovely plantings all around the house.

Great vacation home

The listing description was accurate and very detailed. The photos reflect the wonderful and great amenities of the house. The house was very clean when we arrived - everything was ready to use. The owner was extremely helpful both before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this house, you will have a great time. Very conveniently located to many amenities you would want went not enjoying the beautiful beach!
