Impressive top floor great room with new hardwood floors, new large kitchen island with quartz counter tops, 16’ ceilings, 56” 4KTV and large kitchen. Big deck and screened in porch off top floor great room, ideal for hanging out and enjoying ocean breezes. 6 large bedrooms all with 10’ ceilings. 2 Master bedrooms suites with full baths and private decks. 3rd bedroom is like a 3rd master with a King bed and private deck. 4th & 5th bedrooms have 3 twin beds each. 6th bedroom has 2 twin over full bunk beds. Den on bottom floor with 42” HDTV, large couch and sleep sofa, perfect for kids or adults to escape. Huge paved driveway with basketball hoop and available parking for 6+ cars. Outdoor shower with separate dressing area. Nice extras including Netflix, charcoal grill, laundry room, 2 dishwashers and optional elevator for extra charge.
