We did not expect to be roped into a 45 minute condo sales pitch. I was utterly embarrassed, as I booked the condo to share with our friends. They also were required to attend the sales pitch.Our 2 bedroom had a handicap bathroom where the floor was so slimy and slippery. I almost fell,we had to call housekeeping to clean it.. Then the shower bar and curtain fell off of the shower.Another call to the desk

Well let’s start by saying we didn’t end up staying in a 2br/2ba suite like we originally booked at the end of February. Our room was changed by the Live Suite host on Wednesday March 11th, 2 days before our check in date. They offered us a 1 br/1ba for our family of 6. The communication between Live Suites and I was not that great. We took the offer because where else were we going to stay THE FIRST WEEK of Spring Break IN Florida last min??? Very inconvenient on the hosts part. With all of this happening we did enjoy ourselves. The Wyndham is nice and directly on the beach with a bar and restaurant. The staff was great and very helpful, from check in to security to the bar staff. You’re near restaurants, shopping and more. The room was clean but you will need condiments, extra paper towels and things of that nature. We will definitely be back but I will not book through this host again just in case there’s another mix up with the rooms.

Issue with TV

We had an issue with the TV in the living room. Called maintenance 3 days in a row. They tried to deal with the issue, but it was never fixed. We could not get channels 37. The other channels would come in and out. The electrical outlet in the kitchen that I plugged the coffee pot into is really loose. I did not know this until I unplugged the coffee pot today. We we enjoyed the unit and would certainly rent it again. Hopefully with a fixed TV.
