Welcome to this beautiful corner, penthouse unit on the 16th floor of Origins at Seahaven! Our upscale condo features all-new wood-slate tile flooring throughout, upgraded furniture, and tons of high-end upgrades including the fountain, a sectional sofa in the living room, and updated furniture. This condo also features private access to a huge 1,800 SF private rooftop terrace that is only shared with one other condo in the whole community!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location and the view was beautiful. Unfortunately, 3 out of the 5 days, they were doing extensive and very loud construction on the roof top deck that we were supposed to have access to. Construction would start around 8 am, and would not allow any of us to sleep in. Construction would stop around 4 p.m. During construction, we were denied access to the wrap around deck. This was very frustrating to us. We took videos and pictures of the construction happening and sent to you. I wish we would have been informed of this construction prior to coming. It did put a damper on our vacation that the deck that was promised and paid wasn't available most of our stay. Also, the pillows in the bedroom with the bunk bed were horrible! They were flat and very uncomfortable and desperately need replaced. The condo itself was large, clean and very nice.

Thank you for sharing your vacation property. It was roomy with excellent space inside and out. Great for our family. Beautiful view of ocean from balcony and common space. Room was on 16th floor. We saw Dolphins swimming while sitting on the balcony. Great location!!

Spring Break Vacation

First time to the area and we absolutely loved it! The condo was just as described! Everyone enjoyed the view and we even got to enjoy the jets flying overhead! The heated pool was great to have since we only got to go to the ocean one day with every other day having double red flags! The staff was extremely nice and helpful

This place was awesome, beautiful, breathtaking and more!! Everything we needed! Glad to have 2 double beds instead of the king for me a my bestie! A few things to replace, the crank can opener, the whisk, and put WD 40 on the patio doors, they’re so hard to open. Have the cleaning crew wash the shears, check the dryer! We loved it and will certainly try to come back, the trip from Austin to PCB is a killer though!
