Enjoy more than 1600+ SQFT of ocean front luxury. This 10th floor 3 bedroom and 3 baths condo is one of a few end units with a full view of beautiful sunsets and the Pier. Both the living room and master bedroom feature a wall to wall windows that open to the oversize balcony. The 2nd master suite has king size bed, private full bath and ocean front balcony. It is ideal for in-laws or for accommodating larger vacation groups. You can relax with a cool drink while watching the most amazing sunsets from all bedrooms, kitchen, dinning/living room and two balconies.

The unit is beautifully decorated with modern and classic style. Tiled floor throughout the condo.

The oversize master suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV, full dresser, leather chair, and a walk in master closet. The large bathroom features beautiful garden tub with plenty of space. The 2nd master suite has it's own private ocean front balcony with full bath, king size bed with flat screen TV and full dresser. We recently updated the 3rd bedroom to include a queen size bed, one daybed, and a twin size trundle bed, flat screen TV and full size dresser. The 3rd bedroom also has private full bath. --- The setting is perfect for a large family.

The kitchen, overlooks the Pier, has granite counter tops and is fully stocked with everything you need. Living room features modern decor with queen sleeper, the dining room has mahogany dining table seats four and is separated from the kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats three. The condo has amazing views of the ocean and the beach was stunning! The condo was well appointed with 3 full bedrooms and 3 full baths, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, and a lovely deck. It was very comfortable for 6 guests. We used the beach chair provided and also rented chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The parking is easy and convenient in the building. We would definitely recommend this unit.

You cannot go by the pictures because I was in complete shock when we actually arrived! THIS PLACE IS EVEN MORE GORGEOUS THAN THE PICS!!!!! The pictures do not even begin to show just how beautiful this condo truly is! Everything about this property is perfect! The host! The location! The views! The furniture! The process! The price! The parking! The beach! AND THE BALCONY!!!! The balcony is the best balcony I have ever been on! So much room! It's odd when you have an entire town to explore with things to do, but all you want to do is stay at the condo because it's so beautiful. From one balcony, you can actually lay in the sun, look at the sand and the ocean, look at the pool, AND the city all at the same time! Most places give you a view of the ocean OR the city...not both!!! This balcony gives you a view of everything! You can watch the waves in the ocean and the cars on the road at the exact same time! Very relaxing at night with the city lights on one side and the moon lighting up the ocean on the other! We are already planning our next trip to this property!

This beach side condo was perfect for our spring break. We traveled to PCB for a college baseball tournament at Publix Sports complex, which was only 15 minutes from the condo. Most restaurants were within minutes as well. We LOVED having a gated beach access, with chairs and umbrellas available from our condo. The balcony was a lovely addition for starting and ending each day.... oh oh oh ... the GIANT windows allowed for the wonderful beach views when it was just alittle chilly outside in the morning. Overall a beautiful property with plenty of space for all of us to sleep. Also, there were no elevator delays/issues. You will not regrets this rental.

The beach view was absolutely beautiful! Being able to sit and eat dinner while we watched the sunset was such a highlight of our stay. The rooms were just as stunning, with each its own full bathroom.

Host was super responsive and helpful. The unit was mostly clean. A few areas of feedback - there was very little toilet paper provided and we ran out before the end of our 3day stay. Most of the beach chairs are either broken or child size. The patio is pretty cramped due to older broken patio furniture that is being kept out there. The kitchen is VERY small with limited cooking tools.

This was a great place to stay on the beach. Plenty of room and it was nice not having bunk beds!! 3rd bathroom was a plus as well as the big balcony!! It was perfect and Jan was so responsive and helpful!!
