The Villa Perkunos in Friedensstraße in Heringsdorf was extensively renovated and today has apartments of different sizes, all well-kept and well-equipped. This modern and colorful 3-room apartment is located on the first floor of the villa and faces south. A parking space is in the yard behind the house. Washer and dryer can be shared for a fee.
Living and cooking
In the living room there is a cozy sitting area (couch with sleeping function) and a large dining table. Here and in one of the two bedrooms there is a modern flat screen TV for relaxing TV evenings. The kitchen unit integrated in the living room is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. It leaves little to be desired. They even thought of a coffee capsule machine ("Dolce Gusto" brand). The lavishly renovated bathing villa “Perkunos” in Friedensstrasse 4/5 in Heringsdorf is in a central location. With a walk of about 5 minutes you reach the pier of Heringsdorf and the beach. Shops, restaurants and cafes are in the immediate vicinity.

The two separate bedrooms promise restful nights: in the larger one there is a nice box spring bed, which is framed by a built-in closet. In the second bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed with a bed area of about 1.40 m wide. Here a second flat screen TV was mounted on the wall - should there ever be a disagreement about the television program ...

The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet.
