Upon entering the home, enjoy hardwood flooring in the living area with leather reclining couches, a TV with Roku, and board games, a dedicated dining room, and eat-in kitchen with plenty of cookware including pots, pans, silverware, cups, and glasses. The numerous kitchen windows overlook the river and an office is ready to host you with a comfortable futon and desk should you need to join a meeting using our complimentary WiFi. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, full en suite bath with dual vanities, a massive closet, and bathtub shower combination. The main level also holds two additional bedrooms with queen beds, a full hall bathroom, and another half bath. Downstairs hosts two more twin beds plus a game room with a pool table and a second TV with Roku. This space also holds the full sized washer and dryer. While this home overlooks the river itself, Lake Ouachita is about 15 miles away with opportunities to rent a boat or swim. Hot Springs is an easy day trip about 45 miles east of the property.
