Our dining area is perfect for enjoying your home cooked meals! Move into the kitchen and you'll see the two-tone custom cabinetry, stocked with dinnerware, and all your cooking essentials! The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, designer backsplash, and modern quartz countertops.

Just off the kitchen you can exit the back door into the cozy and sunny yard area with dining table and private space to enjoy your morning coffee!

Back inside and down the basement steps, you will enter the game room and family room area, complete with Roku Smart TV, games for families, Ms Pacman arcade came and more! Perfect for spending time with the kids!

Back upstairs to the second floor you will first step into the spacious hallway bathroom. Check out the designer tile, tub and shower combination, double vanity, modern fixtures, and included shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash!

The cozy middle bedroom comes next as you continue through the hallway. It will boast a comfy queen size bed, wall mounted Roku smart tv, and nice closet space.

There is a dining table and chairs outside in the back patio area for our guests to sit out back and enjoy some fresh air with string lights hanging overhead.

thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner.

We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Without this verification we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. of $35.00 We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking

Interaction with Guests:
Our home has been designed for a self-check-in process, our guests will be receiving the check-in instructions on the morning of their check-in date and a full welcome guide shortly after booking confirmation.
