The apartment is so cute! Very clean. Everything you might need. We only stayed one night for a hockey game. It's only a few blocks from the Riverwalk, which we did down to the arena, (about 2 miles). Host was good with communication. We will stay again when going to Tampa.
Location was just far enough from downtown to be quiet but close enough to be easy to get to restaurants and concert venues. The outdoor spaces were great!
The property is very beautiful and clean. There were 2 of us and had plenty of space. The kitchen area was very functional and I was able to cook as if I were at home. I would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive when I had questions.
We booked one night to have a place to stay to catch a hockey game… I hate leaving negative feedback but hopefully it helps the next person. The check in instructions read like a graphic novel, warning about a neighbor with mental problems living in what looks like a foreclosed property next door. It would have been better to have some of this in the description before we booked. When we arrived and started unloading, the person started yelling at us through the ring camera and then came outside and started yelling, even though we were legally parked. (My wife has MS so I specifically asked about parking prior to booking). The front door was so sticky we had to ram our shoulder into it to get in which is no big deal for me but very much an issue for her and anyone of small stature. The place is nice and well kept but is also very old, and the floors are extremely uneven… again not the end of the world for me but not so great for her, she stumbled multiple times. The courtyard was cool although we didn’t really spend time out there. A few minutes after the neighbor issue we asked for a refund and would just go to a hotel, which they denied (in a kind way at least).

I apologize about the issues during your stay, Ken. We do ask everyone to strictly adhere to our parking instructions so there are no issues with neighbors, as we are located in a residential neighborhood with neighboring driveways. We have repaired the door and it’s now working properly - it got jammed just prior to your visit so I apologize for the inconvenience. I appreciate your feedback on ways we can improve for future guests!
Easy in every way. Location spot on for us near family. Rate 1/3 less than hotels nearby. Not luxury, nor were we seeking that. Safe, dependable, clean, well equipped. Lovely private patio a bonus!
This rental was super cute inside, very clean and had everything you need for a stay. My only complaint with is the window AC unit is impossibly to change. It was 76-78 in our room and we were sweating hot the entire night. Made it hard to sleep and get comfortable. You had to connect to wifi and an app to control it so I’m not sure if the owner only had control but for 200 plus a night I should be able to control the temperature in the room. I probably won’t stay here again.

Hi Alysia,
Thank you for your review—we’re glad to hear you enjoyed how clean and well-stocked the home was.
We do want to clarify for future guests that the AC unit is very simple and fully controlled directly on the unit. It just needs to be set to “cool” mode to adjust the temperature—if it’s on “fan,” the temperature won’t change. There are no WiFi or app controls, and we do not have any ability to control it remotely.
We wish you had reached out during your stay, as this is a quick and easy fix and we’re always happy to help in the moment to make sure guests are comfortable.
The location is great - walk to armature works for great restaurants the riverwalk, easy access to anything in Tampa. The unit was very clean, well-appointed, and very quiet. Had a glitch with the code and the owner responded immediately and got it fixed.
We came for a wedding in downtown Tampa. The location is close to the airport and very close to downtown. Many sites and coffee shops within a 15 minute walk.
Bed was comfortable and it was quiet for sleeping. Overall very happy with this booking.
Charge me a cleaning fee and wanted me to clean it threaten me very unprofessional
