Private: property 1'080 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, 36 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (35 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, supermarket, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 1.1 km, pebble beach 20 km. Riding stable 15 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 100 m. Nearby attractions: adventure park 13 km, amusement park 3.5 km. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival.

Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Terrace 20 m2, roofed, terrace 8 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, box-room. View of the swimming pool, the garden and the countryside. Facilities: safe, iron, baby cot, hair dryer. Schöne ruhige Lage. Im Dorf Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Ort ist gut gelegen um an verschiedene Orte und Strände zu fahren

Außenanlagen schön, Sauberkeit dürftig

Die Außenanlage ist schön, genug Liegen und großer Tisch um abends zu Grillen. Leider fehlten uns in Sachen Ausstattung Basics wie eine Schere, ein Sonnenschirm oder Eierbecher. Das größte Manko war für uns die Sauberkeit. Leider waren gerade die Betten und die Handtücher sehr dreckig, so dass es schwer war sich wohlzufühlen. Für unser Baby hatten wir zum Glück eigenes Bettzeug dabei. Das Babybett und der Hochstuhl vor Ort waren gut.

Super Location, sofort wieder

Die Villa ist neu, sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, sowie sehr ruhig gelegen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Die Technik ist top modern. Der Pool und der Garten sind groß und schön Der Ort ist klein und liebevoll, bietet eine Pizzeria, Restaurant, Apotheke, Bars und einen Tante Emma Laden. Der Ort ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen und das Meer in 20-30 min über gut ausgebaute Straßen erreichbar. Der Schlüsselhater D. ist sehr freundlich und macht seinen Job professionell. Danke
